What I learned in clinic this week....
A 78- year- old blind patient of mine this week taught me this recipe:
Harvey Wallbanger:
Pour 2 ounces of vodka and 6 ounces of orange juice into a ice-filled highball glass. Stir briefly. Slowly pour 1/2 ounce of Galliano on top of the drink, so that is is floating on top. Enjoy.
Oh the joys of clinic!! Never thought taking a social history would turn into a lesson on the finer art of drinking cocktails!

She is coming back to clinic in two weeks....so hopefully I will get to see her again. Hope she has some other great tips then ;)
